This week’s Advocate Spotlight is Rhonda Gunnell! Rhonda is the Treatment Coordinator at ADAPT. She oversees all of the services a survivor receives from ADAPT, including counseling, advocacy, hospital escorts, and whatever else a survivor may need. She loves her job!

Rhonda’s favorite thing about being an advocate: “Working directly with victims/survivors to help them regain control of their life.”

Challenges for advocacy: “The biggest challenge is access to emergency contraception in Catholic health care facilities.”

Rhonda’s fun fact!: “I love to write and am a published author with three inspirational, christian books available on amazon.com. I am currently writing a fictional fantasy.”
